Q : Why should I choose an IVA?

The ideal alternative to bankruptcy. You can get out of debt within 4 weeks and debt free within 5 years.
To clarify, Once your assessment has been carried out and you are found to be eligible for an IVA, if this is something you wish to pursue then a pack is dispatched immediately.
This pack contains all the information relating to your individual IVA proposal. Within this pack their is a request for copies of creditor statements, wage slips, bank statements and most importantly a signed letter of authority to act.
Once this pack is returned it usually takes 4-5 weeks to have your proposal accepted. Once accepted your IVA will begin immediately.
