Q : Can I include family members that I owe money to?
A :
Yes, often family members/friends that you owe money to can also be included in the arrangement. Your IP will discuss this further with you but you must be made aware that they scrutinise the debts owed to the creditors thoroughly.
You will need to substantiate the reasons for the debts and documented evidence will be required.
